Viewpointe adds CheckWorks Software to Image Viewer Offerings

Atlanta, GA – Jan. 6, 2003 – CheckWorks, Inc., a Georgia-based data processing company and Viewpointe Archive Services, LLC announced today an agreement whereby CheckWorks’ Enterprise Image Access (EIA) delivery software will be offered by Viewpointe as a platform independent alternative for image delivery and browser solutions. CheckWorks, Inc. is a data processing company specializing in software and services related to conventional and image check processing. Viewpointe Archive Services, LLC is the largest shared national image archive provider for major financial institutions.

Enterprise Image Access provides financial institutions with tremendous productivity improvements by delivering check and document images to any desktop within seconds. Bank personnel can utilize a wide range of search, view, and print capabilities for fraud detection, customer service, research, and document processing functions. EIA is a secure, platform independent, highly scalable, Web-based, thin client application that retrieves document and check images from the Viewpointe national image archive.
